Visiting the website or contacting us
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and protects it against abuse. Delivery and security can involve IP addresses, requested URLs, browser/device information and timestamps. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance using a small measurement request (a beacon), without advertising cookies or cross-site visitor profiles. Visiting this site does not create a Traveltogether account, enrol you in optional app improvement or buy a subscription.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, name, message and attachments. Email and routing providers process that correspondence to deliver and store it. We use it to answer the enquiry, provide support, handle legal/privacy requests and meet applicable obligations. Do not email unnecessary sensitive information, sign-in codes or payment-card details. We do not have a marketing mailing-list signup on this website.
Purposes, sharing and retention
We process technical information for website delivery, security and proportionate performance measurement, and correspondence to answer your request. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) applies, relevant bases include legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and responding to enquiries, steps at your request before a contract, performance of a relevant contract, and legal obligations. Technical data follows the applicable provider's service and security retention cycles. Correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer and follow up the request and, where necessary, meet legal obligations or establish or defend a claim. We consider the request's status, sensitivity and any applicable legal retention requirement; there is no claim here that every email is deleted on the app's account-deletion schedule. Your choices and rights
Browser settings can restrict website storage or scripts, although this can affect delivery or security functions. This corporate website does not serve AdMob ads or create the app's advertising profile. Contacting us through the corporate website does not also create a Traveltogether account.
App advertising, AI receipt scanning through Apple Private Cloud Compute or Google cloud processing, and the related permissions are covered by the product notices, not by visiting this corporate site. A website visit does not authorise those uses. Where applicable law gives you a right to object to performance measurement or use a recognised opt-out signal, that right remains separate from device or app permissions; contact us about its application to your visit.
